I was reading an article the other day about things you need and things that effect your skin as you age. The article stated that in your 60′s your bone structure and health of your bones is a very important issue because if your bone health is deteriating then your skin has less to hold it in place. So if your skin is “sagging” or “falling” it may have more to do with your bones than your skin. So they encourage taking lots of Vitamin D and calcium to help with this aspect of ageing skin.
